BIC remodeled a boutique hotel nestled in the heart of historic Sonoma Plaza. The renovation of the historic El Dorado Hotel and Kitchen presented unique challenges that our trusted team embraced with care and precision. Extra attention was given to preserving this Sonoma landmark, all while ensuring that the renowned El Dorado Kitchen remained fully operational and undisturbed throughout the project.

The renovation included a complete upgrade of all 27 guest rooms, balconies, common areas, and hallways. These spaces were enhanced with modern finishes, improved acoustics, and updated furnishings—all while maintaining the building’s original architectural charm. Additionally, BIC executed a comprehensive upgrade of the HVAC systems and electrical switchgear, significantly improving building operations, energy efficiency, and the overall guest experience.
