BIC Construction completed a comprehensive interior and exterior renovation of the Tiburon house, transforming both its functionality and aesthetic appeal. The project involved reconfiguring the layout with new room arrangements to optimize space and flow. Upgrades included the installation of modern lighting systems designed to enhance natural and artificial illumination throughout the home. The renovation also featured the replacement of all windows and doors with high-performance, energy-efficient models.

In the kitchen, BIC carried out a full renovation that included new cabinetry, countertops, appliances, and fixtures, creating a contemporary and highly functional culinary space. Throughout the interior, all finishes were updated, including flooring, wall treatments, and trim, to reflect a cohesive, modern design theme.

On the exterior, the house received new finishes to improve both curb appeal and durability against the elements. The mechanical systems were completely upgraded with new HVAC units to increase energy efficiency and comfort. Additionally, all mechanical, electrical, and plumbing (MEP) systems were replaced to meet current codes and enhance overall performance across the entire property.
